Founder
Shawn Pennington
Shawn Pennington spent 27 years running operations, mostly in the music business and business aviation, before he started building the software to fix them. In both, the job was the same: take something messy and make it run on time, every time.
He started Roxstar Labs to do that with software. He sets the direction for every product, works directly with every custom-build client, and stays hands-on through the build.

We map how the work really moves before we write any code. Most of the fix comes from understanding the process, not from the technology.

We use AI inside our own work the way we build it for others: to move faster and keep the details straight. It is how a small studio ships real products.
