  • Visitor and technical data: Visitor identifiers, IP address, approximate location (country, city, and region) derived from your IP address, device information, browser, operating system, pages visited, session activity, and similar technical and usage data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide consulting services
  • Process and manage bookings
  • Maintain conversation continuity across your chat and site sessions
  • Support lead capture, follow-up, and internal qualification and routing of inquiries

We track email opens and clicks to improve our communications. We will never sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Resend: Email delivery
  • Stripe: Payment processing for paid sessions
  • OpenAI: AI chat functionality
  • Google Analytics: Website analytics
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: Form and security abuse prevention

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
