By accessing and using the Roxstar Labs website (roxstarlab.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Roxstar Labs LLC provides AI consulting, custom software development, website design, mobile application development, and business operations consulting services. All services are subject to separate engagement agreements.

3. Booking & Payments

When booking a consulting session:

  • Booking requests are subject to confirmation by Roxstar Labs
  • Paid sessions are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund
  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee
  • Roxstar Labs reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice

4. Newsletter

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails about AI strategy, business insights, and Roxstar Labs updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

5. AI Chat Assistant

Our AI assistant (Roxie) provides general information and preliminary business assessments. Conversations with Roxie do not constitute professional advice or create a client relationship. Information shared with Roxie may be used to improve our services and follow up with relevant offerings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Roxstar Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our website to transmit harmful or malicious content
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website

8. Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
