Shawn Pennington is the founder and operator behind Roxstar Labs. He spent 27 years running complex operations — in the music industry and business aviation — where the job was always the same: take something messy and make it run. He sets direction, works directly with clients, and stays hands-on through every build. Roxstar Labs is deliberately lean so that the person you talk to is the person doing the work.
