CrewRoo, two months in: Android, a new look, and invoicing that fits how crews bill

When CrewRoo launched in August, I asked contract crews to tell me what I got wrong. Ten releases later, it's a different app. Here's what changed.
Android. CrewRoo is on Google Play now. It's the same account, trips, receipts and invoices as the iPhone app and the web, so you can switch between them.
A new look. The whole app, the website, the emails and the invoice PDFs got a redesign. It's clean, bright and easier to read in the sun. There's a big orange Scan button in the middle of the tab bar, because that's what you tap most.
Invoicing that fits how crews actually bill.
Bill several trips for the same client on one invoice, even on different aircraft.
Put your client's own trip number on the invoice so their billing team can match it right away, or let CrewRoo number trips for you.
Copy a client's billing department on every invoice automatically.
Set Due on receipt or a due date, and overdue invoices get flagged.
For a client who pays a stipend or flat fee, a trip can have no day rate. The invoice bills only per diem, receipts and mileage.
Mark an invoice paid with the date and how you were paid: Zelle, check, ACH.
Found a receipt after you invoiced? Add it to the trip, and CrewRoo offers to revise the invoice.
Flight logs. Log each leg with Out, Off, On and In times, plus fuel and Hobbs. Fuel burn is worked out for you, and the invoice adds a flight log page when you've logged your legs.
Faster receipts. Scan several in a row or upload a batch at once. PDF receipts are read automatically, receipts with no year printed get the right year, and a scan can go straight onto the right trip based on its date. You can also search every receipt you've saved.
One plan. No tiers. Every feature is included for $19.99 a month, with a 14-day free trial and no card needed to start.
Help when you need it. A new Help Center has step-by-step guides for every part of CrewRoo, plus a help assistant that answers questions from them.
If you fly contract and do your own billing, give it a try. If you tried it at launch, it's worth another look. And keep telling me what I got wrong.
