CrewRoo is live — and the response has been overwhelming
I've been flying corporate for years, and the flying was never the hard part. It was everything after — receipts stuffed in my flight bag, per diem math I did wrong more than once, then sitting down at the end of the month trying to rebuild an invoice out of memory and a pile of paper.
I got tired of it, so I built my own fix. Took way longer than I thought it would. Turned into an actual app.
It's called CrewRoo. Snap a photo of a receipt and it pulls the vendor, amount, and date for you — you don't type any of it in. Everything sorts by trip and leg. It handles per diem and mileage, keeps your clients organized by tail number, and when it's time to get paid, it builds the invoice and expense report as a finished PDF and sends it straight to your client's inbox.
Add it, snap it, send it. That's the whole idea.
If you invoice your own work — contract pilot, contract FA — that's the main event. If you front expenses and submit for reimbursement instead, there's a lighter version built for exactly that.
