Exceptions should be obvious

A workflow should not need constant watching just because AI is involved.

Most of the time, the system should handle the routine work and stay quiet.

The important part is what happens when something breaks pattern.

That moment should be obvious.
Not buried.
Not spread across five tools.
Not waiting for somebody to notice it two hours later.

Good operations do not ask people to babysit every step.
They make the exceptions clear and the handoff fast.

That is where human attention actually matters.
