Governed execution, not black-box automation
A lot of "automation" falls apart the second nobody can explain what it just did.
That is usually the real line.
Not whether the demo looked smart. Whether the team can trust the workflow once it is live.
Who approved it?
What changed?
What happened?
Can somebody step in fast when it goes sideways?
If those answers are fuzzy, the system is not ready.
Good AI operations should save time without turning the business into a black box.
