Time back, not another layer of management

A lot of AI products promise leverage.

What most teams actually want is time back.

Not another layer of management. Not another place to check. Not another system that sounds smart in a demo and quietly creates more work once real people have to use it.

The bar is simpler than that.

Does it remove steps?
Does it cut follow-up?
Does it help the team get through a normal workday with less drag?

That is the standard.

If the workflow is not lighter on Tuesday than it was on Monday, the tooling is not doing enough.
